I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Philippe for his commitment and his contribution as Metalor Group CEO. He exercised his strong leadership to turn around Group performances while streamlining governance, enhancing compliance and regularly reporting to TANAKA. I highly respect his achievements made those years in his tenure. We are delighted that Antoine de Montmollin agreed to take over CEO position. Antoine has excellent business experience and expertise in financial and administration matters gained through 13 years’ career at Metalor. The TANAKA Group, with its deep knowledge of the precious metals industry, its continuous and important R&D efforts, and its complementarity with Metalor activities, is the best possible shareholder for Metalor, and this has been confirmed by the synergies implemented in the last two years. Antoine de Montmollin, thanks to his former positions in Metalor, both operational and financial, has an extensive knowledge of the Group activities, which will allow him both to continue to develop Metalor, and bring the cooperation with the TANAKA Group to a further level.‘
