Metalor, a global leader in precious metals and advanced materials, today announces the retirement of its Chief Executive Officer, Antoine de Montmollin after more than six years of service in the role.
Nicolas Carrera, who is Metalor Group Treasurer, will be appointed CEO as from 1st of May 2025.
Nicolas, a Swiss-Italian binational, joined Metalor in March 2007. After several years as Treasury Project Manager leading the treasury transformation, Nicolas was promoted European Treasurer. In 2013 Nicolas has endorsed the role of Group Treasurer and joined Metalor Executive Committee.
Antoine de Montmollin will officially step down from his role on 31st of July 2025. He will continue to support Metalor during the 3 months transition period to ensure continuity, stability and a smooth handover.
